Marc Sommerville's mother Wendy received MAiD in January 2020. "When Mum started thinking about undergoing the MAiD procedure, one of the challenges for her was where she would be most comfortable. MAiDHouse would have fit her needs perfectly." MAiDHouse will provide a home-like setting where those who are eligible for medical assistance in dying can have the end-of-life experience of their choosing.
